Shipping & Distribution Policy

1. Global Logistics & Fulfillment

Aurevia operates a sophisticated local supply chain to ensure our research products reach our clients with clinical integrity. We currently offer shipping to selected regions across Peninsular Malaysia only. All orders are dispatched from our climate-controlled distribution centers to maintain product stability.

2. Processing & Lead Times

To ensure the highest quality control, every order undergoes a final verification process before dispatch.

  • Order Processing: Standard orders are processed within 7 business days. 14 business days for Pre order products

  • Research-Grade Handling: Due to the specialized nature of our peptides, orders placed on Fridays may be held until the following Monday to prevent transit delays over weekends, ensuring temperature consistency.

We utilize premium couriers (including DHL, FedEx, and UPS) to provide secure, tracked shipping.

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days.

  • Standard Shipping : 7–14 business days.

  • Priority Cold-Chain: Available for specific compounds that require temperature-sensitive handling.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the shipment. We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders exceeding a specific threshold of RM 3000

5. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number.

  • Signature Required: To ensure the security of your research materials, all Aurevia shipments require a signature upon delivery.

  • Address Accuracy: We cannot be held responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the client. Please ensure all details are verified at checkout.

6. Customs, Duties, and Regulations

As Aurevia products are intended for laboratory research and development, it is the responsibility of the importer (the client) to be aware of and comply with their local customs regulations.

  • Import Duties: Any additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs Delays: Aurevia is not liable for delays caused by local customs inspections or regulatory holds within the destination.

7. Damaged or Compromised Shipments

We take immense pride in our packaging. However, if your shipment arrives with signs of tampering or damage:

  1. Document the condition of the package with photographs immediately.

  2. Contact our logistics team at support@aurevia.com within 24 hours of receipt.

  3. Do not dispose of the packaging, as it may be required for a carrier claim.

8. Lost Shipments

In the rare event that a shipment is declared lost by the carrier, Aurevia will work diligently to investigate and, where applicable, arrange for a one-time replacement of the research materials with solid proof.
